Cycle A - Lent 3 - Conversation to Conversion
| Share

Summary:

We are thirsty? The woman at the well had five husbands and was now living with a sixth man. She was not satisfied, in the stranger at the well, she found the desire of her heart. Jesus longs to have a conversation with each one of us. It is in that conversation with Christ that conversation takes place. When we like the woman ask Jesus who He is, we begin to get to know Him and to know our self. The packet contains a lesson on the similarities between the well and the Cross, both the woman and all of us "behold the man." Also included are lessons on the works of mercy, how we give Jesus a drink and an examination of conscience using the Stations of the Cross.
